Hamburger Pasta Bake

½ lb. hamburger
1 onion, minced
2 ½ cups dry elbow macaroni
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomato soup
1 can crushed tomatoes
oregano to taste
red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni per package directions.  Brown hamburger with onion.  Cook vegetables in a little water in microwave. Drain.  Spray non-stick spray on a 9x13 glass pan.  Combine all ingredients in pan and top with cheddar cheese.  Bake at 350’ until warmed throughout and cheese is melted. Thanks CJ!
