Whipped Broccoli

I love fake mashed potatoes with cauliflower - so I tried that same method with half cauliflower, half broccoli and it worked really well. If you're doing pure broccoli, make sure to drain it well or it will seem pasty (from experience). Basically, boil or steam the cauliflower and/or broccoli until soft. Add to your food processor with lots of ghee (or butter if you can have it), add sea salt and whip until smooth.
