For breakfast today we did scrambled eggs with cabbage, celery, apple juice. Then I made some coconut flour muffins that turned out really well. Especially because I made some honey butter to go on top of them. We had brats with kraut and mustard for lunch with more spinach salad from yesterday and the muffins. Snacked on apples and more muffins during the afternoon and ended the day with beef stock, seed crackers, and goat cheese from the Farmer's Market.
