Black beans, sauted onions and peppers, cheese, chips, a few strips of grass-fed steak and toppings. Quick and delicious even if it wasn't super high on the health meter.


  1. This looks delicious. I began making my own chips a few months ago...mainly to make me feel better about nachos. Love em!

  2. Nice! How do you do it? I've tried a few times to do the homemade corn tortillas but they're pretty thick and my one chip experiment bombed. I get the soaking corn in lime for masa part, but turning that into something delicious hasn't happened yet. I think I may just need a better food processor.
