Granola

2 cups honey
3 tsp salt
1 ½ cup oil
1 cup water
Heat above in a pan just to warm.
Add 3 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon

In a large pan or mixing bowl, combine:
7 cups rolled wheat
7 cups rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened coconut
1 lb raw chshews or pecans
You can also add sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins (after you toast it) and cranberries.

Pour in the honey mixture and mix well. Toast in oven until crisp (about 3-4 hours) at 225-250’. Stir every 45 minutes. Notes: this is amazingly delicious for such a low-sugar version! You can find rolled wheat in the bulk section at whole foods. Make this in a big batch and freeze it to keep fresh. This is also great mixed half, half with cornflakes. Thanks BH!

  1. made it yesterday and LOVE it! I couldnt find Rolled Wheat at Winco so I just doubled the oats and it was delicious. The best part is - there's no white sugar! Just honey and coconut.
