Champorado

(Filipino chocolate rice cereal)
½ cup rice
1 ½ cups water
1/8 tsp salt
1 ½ TB cocoa powder
2 TB sugar

Boil rice with water and salt for 20 minutes on low or until rice has absorbed most of the water. Add cocoa powder and sugar. May also use some vanilla. Serve with milk.
